A man was going outside to feed his dog and a rabid raccoon bit him on the leg as he walked down the steps. Animal control arrived to capture the animal for testing.

A woman let her dog out into the yard at her home near 26th and Yesler.

What happened next made her scream so loudly that her neighbor called police.
